- Monitoring operations team responsiveness & ensuring overall client happiness.
- Liaise with multiple internal and external departments (Service & maintenance, PRO, Procurement, Disposal, Finance) on a daily basis.
- Define process; arrange training and implementation according to organizational needs.
- Meet relevant KPIs and assurance to team s productivity.
- Constantly review operating processes and conduct audit for teams across.
- Ensure all operational procedures are being followed which therefore ensure costs are controlled
- Must motivate, guide and support all relevant personnel in operations.
- Maintaining good level of discipline and service standards.
- Comply and implement procedures in line with company policies and procedures
- Continuously look for operational efficiencies and ensure optimum usage of existing resources and assets.
- Ability to communicate and interact with internal and external customers and senior management team.
- Write processes and operating procedures for new projects and events.
- Identify the talents within the team members and develop the right resources, optimum use of these resources and identify them for succession planning.
- Enhance operational capabilities and deliver services better, faster and efficiently.
Requirements
- Preferably a graduate in business administration.
- At least 5 years of experience being operations manager or supervisory role.
- Experience in fleet management and solutions.
- Aware of industry best practices, standards their impact on customer service levels.
- Professional written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Preferably with a Valid UAE Driving License & owns a vehicle.
Immediate joiners preferred.
One year contract only.
