Senior Masterplanner/Associate

They are an international award-winning consultancy who are now looking for a Senior Masterplanner/Associate to join their team. They design, detail and deliver high quality transformations and urban developments. They building a masterplanning team so this individual has a fantastic opportunity to progress their career in a short space of time, taking on more a more responsibility.

They are a British firm so English needs to be your primary language/or the AE team needs to be able to understand your linguistic skills ;-). After that, UAE building regs knowledge, client liaison, business development and being able to demonstrate how youve built a network is a necessity.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters in Urban Planning/Urban Design
  
• Minimum 7 years experience within Urban Design
• Talented Masterplanner/Urban Designer
  
• Must be able to drive, lead and assist the development and delivery of the projects in the Middle East region.
  
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi
  
• Must be a competent AutoCAD, SketchUp and InDesign user.
  
• Previous experience liaising with internal and external consultants.
• Previous experience sketching and illustrating urban design concepts to the client, as well as developing urban design and landscape guidelines.
