• To monitor Employee Engagement arranging the monthly social events and activities as per the agreed annual calendar.
• To arrange Employee Relations proactively engaging and bonding with the employees and using the information to come up with innovative and effective ideas for employee relations, retention and benefits.
• To ensure Human Resources Administration of all employee’s files are kept up-to-date at all times and that filing is done weekly in order to comply with the HR standards and audit.
• To ensure New Joiners’ Process is in place, provide a warm welcome to the Team Players on their first day and follow through with the onboarding schedule.
• To ensure all team player Leavers’ Process is smooth and provides the needed support to the employees and the department.
• To Assist the Payroll and Finance with monthly attendance to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Admin or HR Related field.
• Previous HR Intern experience in the UAE is preferred
