The following Terms of Service, which include the Privacy Policy, IP Policy, and any guideline, policy, or content displayed on the website, are a legally binding contractual agreement between you ("User", "you," "your") & Dr Job FZ LLC ("Dr.Job", "we", "us") (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Terms of Service").

By visiting or using the services available from the domain and sub-domains of www.drjobpro.com (the "Website"), including software, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service and all linked information from time to time in our sole discretion by updating this posting or any linked information. Unless otherwise provided in such revision, the revised terms will take effect when they are posted.

Key Definitions

  • Jobseekers: Create a jobseeker profile, apply for regular jobs in the market, and receive responses from Employers (Consultants/Direct Companies).
  • Account: Refers to the account created by the Website upon registration.
  • Website: Means the website operated by Dr.Job at www.drjobpro.com, or www.drjobs.ae, or any replacement URL.

Dr. Job Platform Availability

Dr. Job shall endeavor to make the Dr.Job platform available without any significant interruptions. However, unlimited availability is not guaranteed due to maintenance work or technical problems outside Dr. Job’s control (e.g., force majeure, third-party culpability, etc.).

Depending on the state of technology, errors in programs cannot be ruled out even when great care has been taken.

User Eligibility and Registration

(A) Eligibility

  • You must be a legal entity, or an individual aged 18 or older who can form legally binding contracts.
  • You must accept all terms and conditions incorporated herein.
  • You agree to:
    • Abide by these Terms of Service and Website processes, procedures, and guidelines;
    • Be financially responsible for your use of the Website and services;
    • Perform your obligations under any Job Agreement you accept.

Dr.Job reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate Services at its sole discretion.

(B) Registration

  • To become a Registered User and access Services:
    • You must register for an Account.
    • You must provide true, accurate, and complete information.
    • You must update your information to maintain its accuracy.

(C) Accounts and Profiles

  • Upon registration, the Website will create your Account.
  • You must provide an Email Address, Mobile Number, and Password.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your username and password.
  • You authorize Dr.Job to assume that anyone using the Website with your credentials is you.

(D) Membership

  • Dr.Job provides various membership options based on:
    • The Registered User’s status (Jobseeker),
    • Selections during registration,
    • Upgrades or downgrades post-registration.

Relationship

a) Job Seekers

1. Service Delivery Policy

  • Jobseekers applying via SMS are redirected to the search jobs portal to provide details and upload necessary documents (e.g., CV, photograph, video resume) upon payment confirmation.
  • Payment via debit/credit card automatically redirects users to the portal.

2. Multiple Transactions

  • Jobseekers using debit/credit cards may incur additional service fees.
  • Dr. Job does not provide services or products to any OFAC-sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE law.

3. Jobseekers Obligations

3.1 Content Responsibility

  • Jobseekers are solely responsible for their profile content, job advertisements, and communications.
  • Information must be truthful and lawful.
  • Uploading sexual, pornographic, immoral, politically radical, or otherwise illegal content is prohibited.
  • Jobseekers are not allowed to create/manage profiles for third parties.

3.2 Confidentiality

  • Jobseekers must handle emails/messages from others confidentially and must not disclose without consent.

3.3 Data Backup

  • Jobseekers must retain up-to-date backup copies of all offers and information posted.

3.4 Intended Use

  • Using Dr.Job’s platform for purposes other than job-seeking is prohibited, including:
  • Collecting data,
  • Commercial exploitation,
  • Creating directories from Dr.Job data.

3.5 Restrictions

  • The use of robots, crawlers, or scripts without permission is prohibited.
  • Jobseekers must not overload Dr.Job’s infrastructure.

Other Provisions / Prohibited Use

4.1 Policy on Content and User Actions

  • Dr.Job may delete postings or accounts if found inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or sensitive.

4.2 Enforcement Measures and User Responsibility

  • Dr.Job reserves the right to:
    • Warn users,
    • Delete content,
    • Restrict/block users,
    • Terminate accounts.
  • Dr.Job may verify and amend/delete content if necessary.

4.3 Age Requirement for Users

  • All users must be 18 years or older; otherwise, accounts will be deleted.

General Provisions for Candidates

  • Candidates can:
    • Search for jobs,
    • Apply for jobs/positions,
    • Establish contacts,
    • Recommend jobs.
  • A free basic membership is available.
  • Complete functionality requires Dr.Job Premium Membership.

Conclusion of Contract for Candidates with Dr. Job

6.1 Contract Conclusion for Free Basic Membership

  • Contract is concluded upon successful registration.

6.2 Free-of-Charge Profile Opening and Amendment

  • Profile opening and amendments are free.

6.3 Acquisition of Premium Membership

  • Premium membership purchase includes options to correct input errors before final confirmation.

6.4 Add-On Services

  • Includes CV writing, Cover Letters, LinkedIn profiles, and Reverse Recruiting.
  • These are one-time, non-refundable services.

6.5 Reverse Recruiting Services

  • Service is considered complete once job applications are submitted or the service is no longer needed.

6.6 Confirmation of Contract

  • Automated email sent with contract content.

Salary Benchmark and Third-Party Information

The salary benchmark or the salary information provided merely represent an estimated average value for that level among market leaders. This can vary significantly from company to company. The actual salary to be earned depends on factors such as salary negotiating skills, the employee’s performance and professional experience. In addition, the size and location of the company as well as its specific needs and specific salary structure play a role.

Please note that the salary benchmark stated by Dr.Job does not have an impact on the remuneration actually paid or to be earned for the position offered by the specific company. Rather, it is an estimated target salary for market leaders in the relevant segment. It is intended to serve as a guideline for Users in the assessment of open positions, the assessment of Users’ own career milestones and as support during salary negotiations. This is explicitly not the salary offered or usually paid by the specific companies.

Excellence Guarantees

  • Dr.Job strives for customer satisfaction but cannot guarantee job placements or promotions.
  • Users are responsible for implementing advice and action plans.

8.1 Job Postings

  • Job availability is not guaranteed.
  • Employers may delete or fill listings.
  • Jobseekers should visit the portal daily for up-to-date opportunities.

8.2 Reverse Recruiting

  • No guarantee of interviews or employment.
  • Success rate is high (90% within 3 months).

Third-Party Links / Jobs Integration

  • Some job listings are posted by third parties.
  • Jobseekers are responsible for information shared with third parties.

Communications

  • Jobseekers will receive updates about:
    • Job vacancies,
    • Career tips,
    • Profile matches,
    • Subscription notices,
    • Employer feedback.

Renewal of Service

  • Payments made by PayPal, Visa, or MasterCard are automatically renewed.
  • Renewal rates remain unchanged.

Term and Termination of Membership

12.1 Termination of Free Membership

  • Both parties may terminate at any time.

12.2 Termination of Premium Membership

  • Premium memberships are renewed unless properly terminated.

12.3 Termination of Reverse Recruiting Access

  • Access ends after service completion.

12.5 Dr.Job’s Right to Extraordinary Termination

  • Dr.Job may terminate if the Candidate:
    • Intentionally provides false information upon registration or ordering,
    • Provides false information during later amendments to the Candidate’s data,
    • Repeatedly violates these General Terms and Conditions despite previous warnings.
  • Dr.Job may take action within the period set pursuant to Clause 4.

Governing Law and Jurisdictions

  • UAE law governs all transactions, disputes, and claims.

Refunds & Cancellations

16.1 Service Nature

  • Dr.Job provides a platform for job seekers but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

16.2 No Refunds

  • No refunds under any circumstances.

16.3 Non-Transferable

  • Purchases are non-transferable.

16.4 Subscription Service

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, even if canceled early.

16.5 Service Availability

  • Job availability is not guaranteed.

16.6 User Responsibilities

  • Jobseekers are responsible for accurate information in their profiles.

16.7 Add-On Services

  • Refunds before work starts may incur administrative fees.
  • No refunds after work assignment.

16.8 Reverse Recruiting Services

  • Reverse recruiting service fees are non-refundable.

16.9 Subscription Cancellation Timing

  • Cancellation must be made 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges.

Candidate Obligations with Dr. Job

  • The Candidate shall not include commercial advertising in the Candidate’s profile for their own or third-party commercial benefit (e.g., other websites or service telephone numbers).
  • Photos submitted to Dr.Job for profile publication must be up-to-date and allow the User to be identified.
  • Candidates make applications freely and are not subject to advice, influence, or instructions by Dr.Job.
  • Dr.Job does not assume responsibility or liability towards third parties in this respect.

Payment Conditions for Candidates

18.1 3D Secure Authentication

To ensure complete security for transactions, the subscriber is required to complete the authentication using 3D Secure when making the first payment only. This process provides an additional layer of security to protect payment information and enhance the protection of the account and platform.

  • First Payment: The subscriber must complete the authentication using 3D Secure when making the first payment only. This step is mandatory to complete the transaction. Once the authentication is successfully completed for the first time, it will not be necessary to authenticate again unless there is a change in the payment method or if the bank or card issuer requests re-authentication.

18.2 Subscription Renewal

  • When the subscription is renewed, the subscriber will not be required to complete the 3D Secure authentication.
  • The subscription will be renewed automatically using the payment method registered with Dr. Job until the subscriber cancels the subscription via the website.

18.3 Subscriber Consent

  • By providing payment details and completing the first payment, you explicitly agree to:
    • The use of 3D Secure to complete the first payment transaction only.
    • The recurring renewal of the subscription without needing to re-enter 3D Secure authentication for recurring payments, after the first payment only, unless:
      • There is a change in the payment method,
      • The bank or card issuer requests re-authentication.
  • You understand that this process is essential to ensure the security and protection of your personal account and the Dr. Job platform.

18.4 Data Protection and Privacy

  • We are committed to protecting your payment information.
  • Payment information is processed and stored by an accredited service provider within the UAE, according to the highest security standards and in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • By using Dr. Job services, you agree to the processing of your personal data and payment information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service Charges

  • Jobseekers can make secured payments via debit/credit card.
  • All rates are exclusive of VAT; a 5% value-added tax will be included in the total.
  • Rates are subject to change.
  • All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
  • You will be responsible for payment of the applicable subscription fee amount for the Services (the "Service Subscription Fee") at the time you create your account and select your monthly or annual package (each, a "Service Commencement Date").
  • Your subscription to the Services is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • Your subscription to the Services will automatically renew for successive terms equal in length to the initial term (each, a "Renewal Term").
  • You may terminate your access to the Services at any time.
  • Dr. Job services are designed to meet job seekers' budgets to enjoy the premium services.
  • Job seekers who have availed the services can explore and apply to all job vacancies posted.
  • Our modes of payment are made accessible for job seekers; just select your budget and choose the right plan for you.
  • We accept online payments using:
    • Paypal,
    • Career Billing,
    • Visa and MasterCard Credit/Debit Cards in AED.
