Create profile, post regular full-time jobs, schedule interview calls, and receive job responses from jobseekers.

Means the account created by the Website upon registration.

We also provide registered users with certain services described in, and subject to, these Terms of Service ("Services"). We may add, delete, or modify some or all such Services at any time at our sole discretion with reasonable notice posted in advance on the Website.
Dr. Job Platform Availability
Dr. Job shall endeavor to make the Dr.Job platform available without any significant interruptions. It is explicitly indicated, however, that unlimited availability is not guaranteed by Dr. Job due to, for example, maintenance work. In particular, Dr. Job is not responsible for downtime due to technical or other problems outside of Dr. Job’s control (e.g. force majeure, third-party culpability, etc.). Depending on the state of technology, errors in programs cannot be ruled out even when great care has been taken.
1. User Eligibility and Registration
(A) Eligibility
- You must be a legal entity or an individual of eighteen (18) years or older who can form legally binding contracts.

(B) Registration
- You must register for an Account to access Services.
- You must provide true, accurate, and complete information and keep it updated.
(C) Accounts and Profiles
- Upon registration, the Website will create your Account.
- You must provide a valid Email Address, Mobile Number, and Password.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your username and password.
- You authorize Dr.Job to assume that any access with your credentials is done by you or an authorized person.
(D) Membership

Dr.Job provides several different membership options depending on:
- Your status as Employer,
- Selections made during registration,
- Any subsequent upgrades or downgrades.
Relationship – Employers
1. Registration
- Your company's registration with Dr. Job is solely your responsibility.
- You are responsible for the security of your username and password.
2. Dr. Job Service
- Dr. Job is a premium job search engine for employers.
- Employers can post jobs and download candidates' CVs free of cost.
3. Fees & Charges
- All Dr.Job features (social media coverage, live interviews, featured employer listings, database downloads, hiring and recruiting services, and upcoming features) are free of cost for employers.
4. Recruitment Programs & Job Fair
- Employers are encouraged to invite Dr.Job for recruitment events and sponsored events.
- Dr.Job services can be used to promote recruitment fairs to reach more job applicants.
5. Jobs Postings
- Employers can post multiple vacancies.
- Employers can modify, remove, or delete posted jobs.
- Jobs are verified by the Dr.Job support team via a confirmation call.
- Jobs not conforming to Dr.Job policy will be rejected automatically.
6. Jobs Postings Modifications, Substitutions, and Rejection
6.1 Jobs Modifications

Dr.Job may modify posted jobs:
- Adjust job/company descriptions,
- Remove company details like phone numbers or email addresses (already available through the platform),
- Retain contact info if classified as “Walk-in Interview” postings.
- If necessary, Dr.Job may copy the company descriptions from the employer’s website to enrich postings.
6.2 Substitutions
- Dr.Job may substitute words in job postings to maintain posting quality and standards.
6.3 Rejections
- Jobs promoting networking, multi-level marketing, soliciting numbers, WhatsApp group invites, scams, frauds, etc., will be rejected.
- Repeated violations can result in account deletion without prior notice.
- To reinstate a deleted account, the employer must email Support with justifications.
7. Social Media Posting, Live Interview, Career Blogs
Employers must agree that Dr. Job may post employer job vacancies to its social media update, job posting includes the employer’s logo. Employers may also share career blogs to be posted to Dr. Job websites FREE of cost. Employers may be invited by Dr. Job to be part of its live interview broadcasted to Dr. Job social media account; the live interview covers the available job opportunities of the employers. Live interview locations will be at employer’s discretion, live interviews usually held at the Dr. Job in-house studio or at employer’s premises.
8. Communications

Dr.Job may send employers regular email notifications about:
- Jobs posting status,
- Service upgrades,
- Bulk SMS notifications,
- Interview invitations.
9. Support & Feedback
- Employers can contact Dr.Job hotline numbers for technical or service support.
- Employers are encouraged to provide feedback about Dr.Job services.
10. Prohibited Use
- Dr.Job reserves the right to delete jobs or employer accounts if misuse, offensiveness, or content sensitive to UAE culture is detected.
11. Prohibited Use by Minors
- Minors (under 18) cannot register, transact, or use Dr.Job services.
Governing Law and Jurisdictions
- Any purchases, transactions, disputes, or claims arising out of or related to this Website shall be governed by the laws of the UAE.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Your use of the Website and the services provided therein and thereby is governed by the terms of these Terms of Service and the Dr.Job Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to review the Dr.Job Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference, and we suggest that you review the Privacy Policy and print a copy for yourself. The Privacy Policy is posted on the Website and may be updated from time to time. Unfortunately, we cannot ensure that disclosure of your personal information will not occur in ways not described in the Privacy Policy. - Your use is governed by Dr.Job’s IP Policy (available on the Website and updated periodically).
14.2 Registered User Content
14.3.1 Responsibilities

Employers are solely responsible for all posted content, including:
- Multimedia Content (audio, video, photos),
- Non-Multimedia Content (posts, listings, feedback),
- Personal Content (resumes, bios, work history, work product).
14.3.2 License to Dr.Job
- You assign Dr.Job rights over Non-Multimedia Content.
- You grant Dr.Job a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use Multimedia and Personal Content for services and advertising.
14.3.3 Content Requirements

Content must not:
- Infringe third-party rights,
- Be defamatory, threatening, or harassing,
- Be obscene, indecent, or pornographic.
14.3.4 Disclaimer
- Dr.Job is not liable for any information posted by Registered Users.
- Dr.Job reserves the right to remove inappropriate content or terminate accounts.
Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions
15.1 Modification and Waiver
- No changes to rights or remedies unless in writing and signed by an authorized Dr.Job representative.
15.2 Severability
- If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms stay effective.
15.3 Assignment or Transfer
- You cannot assign your account or rights without Dr.Job’s written consent.
15.4 Force Majeure
- Neither party will be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseeable events (e.g., labor strikes, wars, natural disasters).
15.5 Notice
- Notices must be in writing and are considered given when delivered personally, via fax, telegram, or certified mail.
15.6 Headings and Labels
- Bold paragraph headings are for reference only and have no binding effect.
15.7 Integration
- These Terms, including referenced policies, form the complete agreement between you and Dr.Job, superseding all previous agreements.
