Key Responsibilities
- Formulating a strategy with the primary objective of establishing superior and distinctive agronomic practices while considering sustainability and cost-effectiveness aspects.
- Conducting an analysis of crops production based on plant age, planting material type, soil type, weather, and the implementation of technical culture to obtain site-specific data for each unit operation, serving as a guide for achieving production targets.
- Developing an integrated pest management system to control the population growth of pests or diseases below the economic threshold, preventing outbreaks and ensuring effective pest and disease control.
