- Following up with factory for the materials and shipping documents.
- Reviewing of shipping documents and handing over them to clearing agent.
- Visiting customs or other government office if required for shipping clearance.
- Arranging transport, including crane or boom truck etc., if required. Ensuring delivery to customer store or warehouse.
- Maintaining the register, tracking inward or outward materials against each PO.
- Maintaining inventory register for the items stored in Warehouse.
- Preparing necessary documents customs or tax exemption etc. to return defect or in correction material, maintaining the defective material register.
- Following up factory for repair or replacement.
- Documenting delivery notes to PM for him to prepare the invoice.
- Handing over LC, Invoice, Bank guarantee etc to customer.
- Following up on payment and feedback to PM.
- SAP entry for GRN.
- Handling order as per sales guidelines.
