Talent Management Director

Responsiblity:

• Reviewing scripts to make informed decisions about talent requirements.
• Liaising with directors or producers to find out more about their vision and requirements.
• Preparing actors for auditions or interviews by providing the script and information about casting expectations.
• Scheduling and conducting casting calls, auditions, and interviews with talented performers.
• Maintaining accurate files on actors.
• Working closely with talent agencies to pool information and resources in terms of talent scouting.
• Contacting agents and actors about performance opportunities and audition times.
• Mediating in contract agreements with actors or between actors and agents or production companies.
• Hiring and training personnel to help find actors in possession of particular talents or skills.
• Attending concerts, performances, plays, and movies to stay abreast of acting talent and cultural events.
