As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the media industry, you will play a crucial role in attracting and recruiting top talent to support our companys ongoing success. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your expertise in sourcing, assessing, and selecting candidates will contribute to building a high-performing and diverse workforce.


Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment plans and strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates using various channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, industry networks, and creative sourcing methods.
  • Review resumes, conduct pre-screening assessments, and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with our organization.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate management, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence to effectively target and engage passive candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to enhance recruitment strategies, improve processes, and implement innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by proactively seeking diverse talent and promoting inclusive recruitment practices.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics, candidate pipeline, and hiring trends to stakeholders.

Skills & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in the media industry or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, recruitment strategies, and sourcing techniques.
  • Familiarity with media industry roles, trends, and market dynamics is a plus.
  • Strong networking skills to engage with industry professionals and build relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong analytical skills to track recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights.
  • Passion for diversity and inclusion, with a commitment to promoting a diverse workforce.
