Job Description

  • Work closely and collaboratively with the manager and staff as required.
  • Provide technical support to the staff of the IIQAF.
  • Maintain regular communication with the manager and staff.
  • Develops code for customization of the software to meet the individual requirements of the IIQAF.
  • Develops data analysis tools for the IIQAF.
  • Manage and update the administrative tasks, documentation, records, systems, and procedures of the IIQAF.
  • Providing and proofreading quality assurance documents before they are approved.
  • Prepare and analyze reports and presentations.
  • Provide helpdesk support and resolve technical issues.
  • Handle queries and complaints from customers.
  • Maintain and uphold the security and confidentiality of the client’s information.
  • Monitor technological changes and staying up to date with the latest technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a support officer in a similar role.
  • Excellent technical expertise and expertise in software development.
  • Detailed understanding of databases and analytics.
  • Proven track record of successful project management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the administrative procedures.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Efficient and organized in all tasks.
  • Track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
