Engineer (Change Management)
- Working Location: Naples, Italy
- Security Clearance: NATO Secret
- Language: High proficiency level in English language
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelors degree at a nationally recognized/certified University in Computer Science, Telecommunications or closely related discipline and 2 years post-related experience
Certified ITIL practitioner (Service Transition)
Knowledge of policy and procedures governing operations and support of NATO CIS
DUTIES/ROLE:
Reviews and validates inbound change requests, categorises changes according to approved criteria, authorises or escalates changes as prescribed
Liaises with change initiators; coordinates with other CSU elements to assess effort and resources
Prepares and presents changes to the local Change Advisory Board (CAB); supports the work of the CAB technically and administratively
Reviews pending changes for exception management, engages change stakeholders for re-allocation of priority and other corrective measures, performs post-implementation reviews and change closure
Tracks and reports IT Change Management KPIs
Prepares standard change processing templates, processes and instructions
