Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a Facility Management company in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced HSE Sr. Manager (Facilities Management) to work closely with the top Management toraise awareness and inculcate a positive Health & Safety culture across all business operations.
- Devise and deliver the organisations Health & Safety and Environmental strategy to ensure delivery of quality FM services to the clients and a safe & secure environment for the companys employees.
- Build a strong culture of safety and quality in the company
- Set up quality audit processes for all contracts and implement these audits with action plan and follow up.
- Manage high-level relations with clients HSE organizations.
- Introduce technology in HSE processes with proven improvement of productivity, reduction of cost or higher quality of delivered services.
- Provide leadership to the HSE team to ensure the companys policies and procedures meet the approved budget and guidelines.
- Set and monitor performance KPIs for the HSE team and support the training and development of all staff to ensure awareness and understanding of HSE Standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor s / Master s Degree in Engineering or Science or any related field.
- NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification
- 10+years of professional management experience in Property and Facility Management/Construction
- Extensive experience in HSE and inspections in GCC countries or MENA region.
- GCC Driving License
- Exposure to Software tools CAFM, ERP systems SAP, MS office
- Communication and presentation skills
