Job Summary

This is a representative-focused role, so the digital assets will be B2B style.

This is an extremely collaborative position in a fast-paced business that requires a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and empathy.

• Design and develop creatives for bi-weekly site refreshes, promotional banners, landing page experiences, display ads and social media
  
• Design intuitive UX solutions for shopping and representative experiences
  
• Concept and art direct photography for online exclusive content when needed.
  
• Partner closely with copywriters and content strategists to brainstorm and ideate concepts
  
• Develop and maintain design standards and templates in Creative Cloud library
  
• Manage multiple projects in different stages of production to ensure all timelines are met
  
• Execute best practices in user-centric design for desktop, mobile, email and social media
  

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in NYC 3x a week and remotely the other 2 days
  
• 5+ years of design, e-commerce and/or related experience.
  
• B2B experience a plus
  
• Deep expertise using Adobe Creative Suite
  
• Understanding of UX principles and best practices
  
• Experience in designing wireframes, flows and visual prototypes using Figma or other UX platforms
  
• Collaborative and open-minded working style
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
  
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills
  
• Understanding of relevant beauty, fashion and design trends and how they relate to the business.
  
• Must be able to present an online portfolio
