Spa Manager

Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing the day-to-day Health and Wellness Operations and overseeing the Spa Front of House.
• Monitors and enforces the Spa and Health Wellness policies, processes, and procedures.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, supervision and performance of the Front of House Spa and Health and Wellness personnel.
• Conduct service standards training which are consistent with Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, Forbes Travel Guide, and Leading Hotel of the World; respond to and resolve guest/resident/club members and/or team member complaints in a timely manner and creatively solve problems with the ability to anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and resolve potential difficulties.
• Manage the Health and Wellness budget, including payroll and expenses, and supervision of all aspects of services and inventory control.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge about Spa Services and Health and Wellness by remaining current with trends
