Social Media Manager with Web3 Background

• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to our Web3 project's target audience and objectives.
• Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Discord, Reddit, and emerging Web3 platforms.
• Monitor trends, news, and developments within the Web3 space and leverage this information to produce timely and relevant content.
• Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and authentic manner.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content that resonates with the Web3 community.
• Monitor social media analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
• Generate regular reports detailing social media performance and provide insights for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Web3 trends, technologies, and platforms to ensure our project remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Assist in organizing and promoting online events, webinars, and AMAs within the Web3 community.

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably with a focus on Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency projects.
• Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralized platforms, and blockchain concepts.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and informative content.
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box when developing content strategies.
• Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks within project deadlines.
• Familiarity with online communities and forums related to Web3, cryptocurrency, and blockchain.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking ownership of social media initiatives.
• Experience with community management and engagement is a plus.
• A portfolio of previous work or campaigns related to Web3 projects is highly desirable.
