Job Description
- Lead the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems,
- Specializing in chilled water systems and ductwork, with expertise in fast-track projects and deadline-oriented environments.
- Prepare Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) and Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) to maintain compliance with project specifications and standards, while minimizing delays
- Generate comprehensive site reports that provide real-time insights into project progress, challenges, and actionable solutions to keep project on course.
- Effectively manage and supervise a team of skilled and unskilled workers, optimizing manpower allocation to accelerate project timelines
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a focus on meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in leading and managing a team effectively, especially in high-speed environments.
