We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate optometrist to help us provide excellent vision care services to our patients in long-term care

Responsibilities will include:

• Perform routine, comprehensive exams for glasses and contacts
  


• Perform dilated exams
  


• Provide diabetic evaluations
  


• Treatment of infection and injury
  


• Repair and equip patients with eyeglasses
  


• Proficient in diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease
  

Ideal Candidate should:

• Be available full time
  
• Have a valid OD/DO license in the state of PA
  
• Be Board Certified
  
• Have her/his own means of transportation
  
• Quickly acclimate to new environments
  
• Comfortable working with the geriatric population
  
• willing to travel to different facilities
