Job Description

- Provide engineering design across different workloads including incident & problem management, change management, security and compliance
- Work with program managers to develop feature and implementation plans that support the network architecture strategy
- Work closely service providers, service managers, Regional IT, Operations teams and Development teams (devices, services, software)
- Develop automated solutions to provide quicker access to data and reports, reduce manual errors, and improve productivity
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis while working with developers to identify problems
- Create Measures, tools & reports on client & service Performance. Drive design and code changes to drive improvements
