- Monitor and manage daily project activities.
- Operate and manage all the related contractual and commercial issues with clients, contractors and suppliers.
- Determine and distribute the workload of project
- Monitor and do the necessary follow up to ensure the earliest approval of the Engineering submittals
- Manage and conduct the technical and commercial workshops, attending meetings with project s official s contractors and suppliers.
- Determine and manage the required reports to monitor and evaluate the project progress.
- Direct the planning department for procurement production and installation program
- Operate, control and monitor project team performance and their productivity.
- Follow-up for monthly payment applications and payments.
- Timely submit variations and follow-up for approvals
- Follow-up site QA/QC and safety procedure as per site requirements
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment at site by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 Years experience in Joinery/Interior Fitout Works
- Bachelor s Degree in Architecture/ Mechanical / Civil Engineering Plus training courses.
- Certificate in project Management/Contract Management is an Advantage
