You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• Responsible to provide guidance, support and recommendations to the HR department, stores and internal employees with regards to employee relations matters
• Verification and Submission of monthly report such as:
• Verification and approval of attendance discrepancies in Oracle.
• Preparation and issuance of monthly attendance memo
• Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases.
• Monitor Yearly Absences, Monthly Attendance (Absences, Late Coming, Early Going & Incomplete Punching) Sick Leave, Holiday offset, overtime
• Follow up evaluation and send notice for staff movement
• Responsible in coordination and documentation of staff movement such as Branch Transfer, Change Designation, Promotion & Demotion
