- Annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for worldwide project business with presentations to management for review and approval
- Financial analysis and data aggregation with focus on project KPIs of worldwide project business
- Develop and implement processes to improve the quality of the financial project forecasts using and implementing state-of-the-art digital tools
- Interface between Commercial Project Management, Business Areas and Project Entity
- Collect and prepare data to analyze global financial value flows
- Help build a strong finance community leading to an analytics engine
