Job Description :
The role of Senior Design Architect will involve being the lead designer across a wide range of project types in support of our current, high profile client base.
Responsibilities :
1. Provide design leadership within the emerging commercial architectural practice
2. Guide the growth of the architectural practice, focused around design excellence, collaborate and foster a strong design culture
3. Provide conceptual architectural design to the current range of master planning projects as well as take a leading role in vertical architecture work
4. Develop a portfolio of commercial architectural projects, providing design leadership while ensuring the quality of information reflects the requirements of the company's standard policies and procedures
5. Manage the design process from inception through concept, schematic design, detail design to ensure quality and client satisfaction
Qualification :
1. Bachelor?s degree in Architecture
2. 10+ years? experience
3. Strong concept design and presentation capabilities, supported by proficiency in all relevant software (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino, Powerpoint, InDesign etc)
