Responsibility:

• Technical Knowledge and hand-on experience in SAP Payroll
• Should have developed Schema, Sub Schemas, Rules and custom Functions for Payroll Schema
• Hands-on experience in the complete Payroll cycle from data entry to bank transfer
• Configuration experience of SAP Payroll
• Should be able to read the ABAP code in case of issue handling
• Should be able to run SAP standard reports for Payroll and support users
• Should be able to read the payroll log and identify the problem
• Should be able to speak with users and understand their issues
• Should be able to articulate the problem and express the same in an email
• Should be able to generate slide packs on statistics of support
• Technical Knowledge and hand-on experience in SAP Time Management
• Should have developed Schema, Sub Schemas, Rules and custom Functions for Time Schema
• Hands-on experience in the complete Time management from Clock-in entries to time statement
• Should have configuration experience of SAP Time Management
• Should be able to run SAP standard reports for Time Management and support users
• Should be able to read the Time schema log and identify the problem
• Should have at least 2-3 implementation experiences in HCM as time and payroll consultant
• Should know the support cycle starting from ticket creation to problem resolution
• Hands-on experience in HCM outbound and Inbound interfaces Able to develop Functional Specification in detail with config nodes and table/field values
• Must have In-depth knowledge in config for OM and PA
• Should have experience in S4 to SF interface
