Sales Territory Manager

Disapo B.V., headquartered in Heerlen, Netherlands, was founded in 2005 and is one of the fastest-growing online pharmacies in Germany. Since 2022, the company has been part of the DOUGLAS Group. From its own approximately 7,500m logistics center near Aachen, Disapo sends out a wide range of over-the-counter and prescription medicines as well as cosmetics and dietary supplements. In addition, through its partner program, over-the-counter Disapo products can also be purchased on DOUGLAS(.)de's online shop. Recently, the Disapo online pharmacy was awarded "Trend Shop Up-and-Comer of the Year 2022" by Computer Bild and Statista.

Tasks

• Corporate and personnel management in pharmaceutical business processes
• Further development and optimization of pharmaceutical processes (including RX)
• Co-monitoring of Dutch pharmacy regulations and laws (in consultation with the registered "responsible pharmacist") as well as direct responsibility for relevant German pharmacy regulations and laws
• Development and growth of the pharmaceutical sector at Disapo
• Consultation, prescription validation, and technical support for employees in operational processes, as well as for company management as part of strategic development.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a pharmacist in the role of owner, in the pharmaceutical industry, or other institutions of the pharma business
• Completed pharmacy degree with a valid license to practice in the Netherlands and/or Germany
• Requirement for registration in the Dutch Big Register https://english(.)bigregister(.)nl/ (or willingness to obtain this through training)
• Enthusiastic and hands-on mentality, with the drive and dynamic to take the company to the "next level"
• Good understanding of processes and experience with QMS processes and documentation.
