Work Arrangement: Field-based role
Travel: Regular travel within the UAE to support customers clinical activities and business growth.

As a Sales Specialist you will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding access to Neuromodulation & Pelvic Health therapies across the UAE. Working closely with healthcare professionals and internal teams you will help accelerate therapy adoption and build sustainable business growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the adoption of Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health therapies across existing and untapped healthcare accounts
• Build and execute business development plans that create sustainable growth through new customer acquisition therapy expansion and market penetration
• Drive and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities from initial engagement through evaluation first clinical use and successful commercial adoption
• Lead and coordinate product evaluations demonstrations physician education programs workshops and market development activities to accelerate therapy adoption
• Collaborate with commercial and clinical teams to transition newly developed opportunities into long-term customer relationships and recurring business
• Provide clinical and procedural support when required to ensure a positive customer experience and successful therapy implementation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in relevant discipline and 4 years of experience in business development or sales within the UAE healthcare sector
• Demonstrated track record of acquiring new customers developing new business opportunities and delivering commercial growth
• Knowledge of UAE hospital procurement and tender processes and possession of a valid UAE driving license
• Preferred Qualifications
• Certification or formal training in Neuromodulation and/or Pelvic Health therapies
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage customer interactions opportunities and account activities
• Experience managing sales pipelines including opportunity tracking forecasting and conversion management.
