Description:
The Customer Service Specialist assists the Workplace Options Counseling team by identifying available providers for our clients who are in need of short term counseling assistance around the world. This would be a hybrid position with a mixture of home and office working days.
Responsibilities:
Review clinical intakes.
Identify clients needs and match the appropriate provider with client using our proprietary database.
Recruit counselors to the Workplace Options network.
Enter provider information into our database/case management system.
Maintain strict confidentiality of our clients information.
Communicate provider information to our clients.
Proactively manage caseload.
Any other delegated responsibilities and specially assigned duties, as management deems necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent to Associates is required
- Able to Multitask while maintaining a high level of quality and productivity.
- Able to navigate proficiently in varying databases and on the internet.
- Able to work effectively as a team member in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- A high level of literacy with a variety of software applications including Excel and Word.
- Well-honed research skills - can perform web research creatively, quickly and efficiently.
