The role:

• Managing customer project and briefs through concept
  
• Developing knowledge of ingredient meat/non meat, food trends, equipment & processing
  
• Sourcing of ingredients & packaging
  
• Sample preparation
  
• Assist with the successful transition of products from kitchen to factory
  
• Cooking Validations
  
• Organoleptic assessments
  
• Attend customer reviews
  
• Ensure documentation are accurate and correct

Requirements

Required:

• Graduate in Food Science or food-related degree
  
• Experience in working within a UK Food manufacture/Processing Facility
  
• Able to work in the UK without restrictions
  
• UK Drivers Licence
  

Desirable:

• A degree or further qualification in Food Technology
  
• Experience working within a chilled environment
  
• Working experience in a factory environment supplying M&S / Waitrose or Sainsbury
