You will be updated with latest job alerts via email1.The Sales Engineer will be reporting to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for achieving his individual sales targets, maintaining profit margins targets and KPI's.
2.Able to review tender, check for any deviations,analyzeand select a suitable product from the manufacturer's product range to meet the customer requirement.
3.Preparing estimations and sending quotations to the customers, follow up for the quotations sent, attend technical/commercial meetings with clients, negotiate and finalize the order with the clients.
4. Submit technical submittal, shop drawings for consultant approval, follow up for approval, advance payment, and attend site meetings.
5.Maintain cordial and friendly relationship with clients/ consultants/ contractors.
6.Coordinate with factory for Commercial/technical issues related to sales activities.
7.Order placing to the factory after receiving approvals to drawings, technical submittal and finishes, reviewing the subcontract terms (contractual & financial), receiving advance from the client. Follow up with the factory for material shipment.
8.Coordinate with other departments for any support functions required for normal sales activities.
9.Increasing customer base, generating new customers and maintaining a very healthy relationship with existing customers. Get regular feedback from customers regarding our product and services.
10. Coordinate with local suppliers if required for sales related activities.
11. Find new suppliers for products that are not available or not competitive.
12. Transfer the file to Installation Department with all the necessary requirements as per adopted procedures.
