The primary responsibility of the Sales Coordinator (SLQ) is to identify companies who would be a prospects to Ventures ONSITE the sales coordinator will be responsible in scheduling qualified meetings for the business development team The sales coordinator will have a target for number of meetings scheduled each month and a annual target Roles and Responsibilities Ensure his/her targets are achieved or exceeded each month Identify key prospects for Ventures ONSITEPrequalifying sales skills Professional communication in written form is required Maintain accurate uptodate sales pipeline and forecasts Attend exhibitions and conferences where the company is participating to promote companys products and services Ensure companies image its products and services are presented to clients and prospects in a professional manner Assist Account Manager for sales and marketing activities Assist Research Team if needed in collecting any information for product improvement Qualifications At least to years in sales coordinating or pre sales role Excellent time management Understanding of the Construction & Energy sector Demonstrated experience developing processes to obtainleads through comparison and evaluation of possiblesourcing opportunities Proven ability to achieve goal Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organizational skills Selfmotivated to work independently with team supportto close business Demonstrated commitment to completing tasks andobjectives Effectively work with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Word Excel and Power Point Handling external Clients Achieve Sales Targets Maintain Company Confidentiality Remote Work No
