Job Description
- The incumbent has to constantly develop and realign a tailor-made strategy for addressing the market requirements pertaining to PUBLIC SECTOR / CML SECTOR.
- Creating a strong Wipro market positioning and increasing the mindshare of Wipro within the client mind and outside
- Constantly leading sales and innovation efforts to increase the topline, reduce costs and increasing operating margin
- Lead certain key customer pitches and establish superior win track-record within the sector
- Strategic leadership capabilities to lead the team,.
Requirement
- Strong transformational leader with experience in handling large projects within the PUBLIC SECTOR / CML SECTOR vertical.
- Hands-on experience (at least 12+ years) in the Global Technology services industry with significant experience coming from providing solutions to PUBLIC SECTOR / CML SECTOR.
- A good mix of experience working in operations and enterprise processes of a technology company. - Good knowledge of the middle east market and demand
