- Lead by example with our company vision as your compass.
- Lead and motivate your store teams with the passion for the brand and sport, giving them all the tools to achieve the set (KPI) objectives.
- Making sure brand consistency and visual merchandise are on top level across your designated stores.
- Lead in offering a best-in-class consumer experience in line with F1 brand objectives
- Ensure compliance with procedures, stock management, POS systems, reporting while directly onsite at F1 events
- Effectively defining main and side task to ensure progress of the process.
