• Help respond positively to guest questions in a timely and effective manner
• Ensure guests have an effective experience at the front desk, such as check-in/check-out, and complete accounting procedures as required
• Ensure that the Front Office Manager and reception supervisors are informed of any significant feedback from customers or other departments
•Offer Consistently high quality customer service
• Attend appropriate training courses, if necessary, and provide assistance for the training of night staff and through development efforts
• Have a thorough understanding of all room categories, rates, packages, promotions and other general product information that are needed to perform daily tasks
