Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for overseeing all Post Contract Commercial issues of group of projects and cost controls
- Capable of handling multiple projects at the same time
- Submission of Interim Valuations to client and followup for certifications
- Monitor change value management and submission of Variations to Client negotiations and followup independently
- Preparing and submission of notices for EOT and Variations Client / Consultants
- Study of scope BOQ Specifications and advice clarifications to the team as required
- Provide assistance to Procurement on Vendor finalization Work orders Purchase Orders
- Preparing and submission of Sub Contractors IPCs
- Generate cash flow statements track and update monitoring the project budget and allocations
- Extensive skills in negotiation and handle client or subcontractor meetings
- Followup on MIR / IR with Site team
- Submission and close out on Final Account and SOA of client / Subcontractor
- Draft letters for Cost and Commercial Issues
KEY QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Required years experience in a similar role in UAE/Middle East
- Knowledge of MS office Plan Swift and ACAD
- Negotiation skills and Client facing skills
- Immediate start preferred
