Job Description
Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with infrastructure experience for a Dubai based position.
- Prepare payment certificates, statement at completion and final statement for ongoing projects.
- Prepare Terms of References (TOR) for Tendering of Consultancy Service.
- Advise the Project Leadon legal and contractual matters of the projects.
- Cost controlling of the projects to complete the work within the budget by coordinating with Consultants andother departments within the business.
- Write day to day contractual and commercial correspondences.
- Undertake inspection of the projects time to time to ensure the projects are completed contractually.
- Prepare Cost planning and Estimates.
- Maintain regular communication with thethe project Leadregarding the valuation of variation, claimsand all other contractual and commercial issues.
- Perform any other responsibilities related to position when appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying from a reputed university.
