QC Manager

Responsible for all activities related to the Quality Control to ensure that quality standards for construction materials, processes and final units are met.

Job Accountabilities:

.

Ensure that contractors execute construction work at site according to the drawings and the specifications defined by the consultants.

.

Ensure that the contractor is using the proper materials at site according the specification.

.

Ensure that the contractor makes all the tests needed for materials and different work aspects according specification, laws and regulations.

.

Ensure the regular testing of materials used in construction and the inspection of each construction phase to make sure they comply with quality standards.

.

Solve all the work-related problems involving quality control and /or construction team.

.

Make the contacts needed with other departments (archt. and struct., electrical, mechanical.) to solve any problems.

.

Oversee the handing over of units to customers and ensure that it is done according to customer's contract.
