Job Description

Summary:

The handover specialist is responsible for meeting and assisting customers with regard to their queries on their properties. In addition, they are responsible for handing over keys to customers, conducting home orientations, snagging & inspections, deliver the best quality and services to customers as per KAIZEN standards.


Responsibilities:


Pre Handover Process

  • Prepare and share the handover process with the developer
  • Set up the online handover booking system that enables customers to book appointments for handovers.
  • Ensure utility accounts, including DEWA, are transferred to the unit owner before final handover clearance
  • Conduct property snags and Inspections using in-house software provided.
  • Upload the floor plans for every unit into Snag Report App


Unit Handover Process

  • Welcome customers at the scheduled handover appointment at the building
  • Handing over properties professionally and contributing to building a positive customer experience.
  • Carry out visual inspection of the units with customers inspection report to show the exact location of snags with photographs and description of snag
  • Produce individual reports for every unit in pdf format and deliver the reports by email to the assigned coordinator by the developer
  • Handover keys and access cards after receiving written confirmation from the developer
  • Identify snags on Snag Report into two major categories:
  • Urgent Snags - which makes the condition of the unit non-habitable
  • Normal Snags - which can be addressed on a non-urgent basis
  • Handing over the key handover acknowledgment to the developer, where Kaizen s handover scope ends for the unit handover.
  • Booking appointment for transfer of title deed at Sharjah Land Department.
  • Assist in the process of utility transfer.
  • Keeping and maintaining all communication logs and records related to the handover process and internal/external communication.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings.
  • Dispatching the Completion Notice to customers on time.


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English.
  • Excellence Customer Service Skills.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in handover.
