Job Description
- 10-15 years experience in a similar project management role within the construction or real estate development industry.
- UAE experience as a Project Manager of a developer of at least one residential project with a selling area of 11,000m2 or more.
- Must be well connected with Nakheel and Trakhees for processing of documents.
- Strong experience in managing overall strategic direction, project approval and progress reporting.
- Experience in managing the procurement, finance for budgeting & cashflow, design&architecture team, contractors & sub-cons as well with regulatory authorities.
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Projects adn AutoCAD
- Experience of work with western design companies
