- Understanding needs and expectations of CPD senior management and other stakeholders across Client for performance improvements
- Assessing gaps in capabilities and creating a transformation roadmap that will achieve CPD senior management aspirations
- Leading an agreed ‘change management’ programme
- Aligning with TAQA Capital Excellence team on behalf of CPD and implementing internal initiatives as required
- Identifying skills and behaviors gaps throughout CPD and implementing development and learning as required, with regular assessment, benchmarking, and feedback
- Continuously focusing on strategic requirements and avoiding being pulled into day-to-day operational activities
- Organizing communication workshops and management briefings
- Improving employee engagement and job satisfaction by seeking continuous feedback and implementing appropriate action within transformation activities
- Ensuring business processes and systems are improved or created that are fit for purpose and ensure continuity of high performance
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline from an accredited university, or equivalent experience
- 15 years’ experience in senior project management roles
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience implementing formal transformation of organizations
- Requires proficiency in the application of Project Management Transformation Consultant services, practices, and techniques, as well as a demonstrated proficiency in Gaps Analysis, Leading, Coordinating project team and implementation of improvement initiatives that align with the strategic direction of Client senior management.
- Supplementing existing Client resources
- Providing additional capacity to meet a growing capital delivery portfolio
- Demonstrating best practices in project management
- Setting a high benchmark for project assurance in line with stakeholder expectations
- Providing additional full time site management presence for high-risk projects
