Job Description
Job title:
Project Management Leader for IGTD COE Project Management team.
Responsibilities:
Apply standard End2End approach in the BMC projects to ensure BMC plan realization
Formulates the E2E Transformation project plan in accordance with the goals and timing set by management; specifies the manning of the project resources required anticipated costs risk assessment and quality standards to be used.
Controls the project budget and project progress evaluates all project initiatives as to feasibility costs/benefits and added value takes corrective actions when necessary and generates adequate reporting
Leads the E2E Transformation project within the project budget and program strategy in terms of quality money time information and organization monitoring progress and managing external resources.
Directs employees and gives them operational guidance both technically and organizationally.
Reports on employees performance to the hierarchical superior of the employees or the purpose of appraisal and makes proposals for training.
Drives continuous improvements to the end state plan of CoE design.
Liaison with external labor suppliers and internal Philips supplier relations on sourcing budget and contract timeframe.
Educate and inspire direct reports on future of IGTD and bigger Philips in general.
