Job Description

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics or Computer Science. Relevant work experience of minimum 8 years in the IT industry as Business Analyst, development of software solutions in the financial services or any industry vertical.

▪ Additional Master’s Degree/ Certifications in Data Science, Business Analytics, IT Tools and Finance will be preferred.

▪ PMP or relevant certifications are a plus. Experience

▪ 10+ years’ relevant experience in the IT industry sector with at least 4 years in the banking and financial services sector.

▪ Sound understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, Use Cases relevant to the development of software solution for LPM& D.

▪ Proven track record and experience of end to end implementation of min. one IT project in Corporate in Commercial banking domain in AGILE methodology.

▪ Experienced team lead, highly motivated, flexible and responsive individual with robust previous experience of managing projects, engaging and working with different teams

▪ Excellent Communication Skills - Communicates what is relevant and important in a clear and concise manner, shares information/new ideas with others, and demonstrates judgment to escalate as appropriate and convey complex analytics findings to both technical and non-technical stake holders.

▪ Knowledge of programming languages ( e.g., Python, SQL) experience with analytics software.

▪ Familiarity with loan portfolio management systems and financial modelling.

▪ Experienced in translating business requirements in to technical specifications.

▪ Experienced in agile project management methodology and ability to thrive in dynamic and fast paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing project requirements.

▪ Problem Solving - Thinks ahead, anticipates questions, plans for contingencies, finds alternative solutions and identifies clear objectives. Sees the big picture and effectively analyses complex issues
