• Driving Business growth by developing & implementing solutions, tools for external & internal stakeholders
• Investigate, design, develop & cost customer-driven solutions to support business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders on creating growth & value for customers (external) & business (internal) units
• Lead the operational and technical solution design and implementation of specific customer solutions to enable right onboarding, growth & long-term partnership engagement creating lifetime customer value
• Working on best in class operations, solutions, partnerships & be the primary point of contact between the cross functional teams (Sales, CS, Operations, ELC) within the country, regional & global functions.
• Manage service quality by performance monitoring & process
• improvements in collaboration with the functional teams across business units
• Structurally engage with internal stakeholders across Business Units with activities like performance dialogues, process improvements & operational gaps to ensure program relevance and longer-term impact
• Create great customer experiences through a data driven, scientific approach to eCommerce products & services
• Create business intelligence and insights across sales & operations by proactive performance monitoring, data automation & customized reporting dashboards
• Work with data automation & business intelligence tools to create service excellence, reduce waste & increase the profitability of eCommerce operations
