- Maintain the Production Monitoring report & Production planning sheets in liaison with Production controller’s instructions.
- Responsible for preparing the Purchase requisition, Route sheets, invoicing paperwork for Jobs.
- Create and amend Component Drawings, Sketches for build manuals, tools etc.
- Create and manage system drawings for the packages p & ids, schematics etc.
- Assistance for Manpower planning in co-ordination with Production Controller.
- Preparation of check lists according to the site requirements in co-ordination with the site supervisor.
- Review the scope of work to be functioned and conveying the same to the supervisor.
- Coordination with site supervisor/QC team to update the planning sheets accordingly, update Production Controller on progress of the jobs.
- Preparation of MOM (Minutes of meeting) accordingly after the client meeting.
- Responsible for the preparation of the final list of values for the invoicing according to the QC certificates.
- Maintain production register identifying production start date, dispatch date and any delays with remarks to update Production Controller as and when required.
- Produce BOM, raise purchase requisition for materials and loading note for any sub contracted job, for review by Production Controller.
