Job Description
• Provides leadership, guidance, and technical assistance to Plumbers in the performance of day-to-day activities. • Prioritize, assign and schedule work for the Projects Plumbing team. • Passes instructions received from Projects Supervisor and starts work by assigning immediate tasks. • Checks work in-progress to verify work sequence, procedures, methods, and deadlines have been met. • Trains workers in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures, and company policies. • Monitors information to detect or assess problems. • Records and reports all faults, deficiencies, as well as the time and materials expended. • Provides guidance and direction to subordinates as required. • Performs other duties as assigned.
