The Performance Monitoring Leader EurAsia is responsible for establishing transparent reliable and actionable performance management processes for the commercial organization. This role provides reporting business review support scenario analysis and decision support to enable leadership to monitor performance understand trends and take timely action. The role also supports key commercial operating processes where performance visibility and business support are required.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and manage the commercial performance monitoring framework and operating rhythm.
• Develop and maintain dashboards scorecards and leadership review materials.
• Provide decision support through scenario planning forecasting support and business review preparation.
• Support quota and territory design processes to enable fair and effective commercial alignment.
• Oversee incentive compensation and commission tracking processes where applicable.
• Ensure performance reporting is accurate timely and aligned to agreed definitions and business rules.
• Analyze trends identify performance risks or opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with commercial leaders to improve visibility accountability and action planning.

Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant experience in commercial operations sales operations performance management or business support.
• Proven experience delivering reporting scorecards leadership reviews or business support to senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of commercial metrics sales performance and business planning processes.
• Experience with incentive compensation quota setting territory management or forecasting preferred.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.

Working Relationships

• Reports to: VP for Business Operations EurAsia Enablers
• Key internal relationships include commercial leadership Finance sales operations Business Operations analytics teams and relevant functional partners.
• Interacts with leadership teams to support business reviews performance discussions and planning processes.
• May coordinate with external providers supporting compensation reporting or planning tools.
