- Organizational Design:
- Align the organization's structure, processes, and systems with its overall strategic goals and business strategy. Assess, design, and optimize the organizational structure, including reporting relationships, hierarchies, and team configurations.
- Define and clarify roles and responsibilities within the organization to minimize duplication of efforts and ensure clear accountabilities.
- Manage workforce planning activities to anticipate and address current and future talent needs. Analyze current workforce capabilities and identify skill gaps.
