Job Description
- Order Management
- Coordination with Head Office
- Process imports as well as export orders and the respective shipping processes with prioritization of different shipments
- Ensuring an appropriate order flow with compliance to organizational policies
- Management of communication with customers as well as suppliers
- Monitoring and evaluation of all orders, sales, and after-sales processes
- Preparation of order reports
