Operations Support

Qualifications

• Operational Support skills, including experience in a similar role, familiarity with operational support software and tools, and knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Analytical Skills, including experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools, ability to extract insights from data, and strong attention to detail
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Operations Management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, organize workflow, and multitask effectively
• Customer Service skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to internal and external customers
• A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
