Operations Manager

• Candidate should have a Minimum of 2-3 Years Experience working as a Operations Manager in Café's like Starbucks, Costa Café, Mocha, Barista,
• Candidate should hold a Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management with Excellent English Communication Skill
• Candidate should have excellent knowledge of Coffee
• Manage the brand image of the store, develop and implement all chain and brand marketing activities to establish and grow the brand in the market
• Identify malls and appropriate outlet space for the establishment of new stores, prepare proposals and close deals in order to set up and open stores as per plan
• Monitoring Cafe Operations to ensure Compliance with Food Safety Standards and Industry Regulations
• Training Staff on Appropriate Customer Service Techniques for different scenarios, such as handling complaints about Food or Service Quality
