- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the entire hotel and restaurant, ensuring seamless and efficient functioning.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to maintain high standards of guest service, employee satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences, optimize operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate and lead various departments, such as guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure cohesive operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Input into budgets, expenses, and financial performance, offering solutions to maximize profitability and cost control.
- Oversee staff training and development programs to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Address and resolve guest concerns and operational issues promptly and effectively.
