Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the entire hotel and restaurant, ensuring seamless and efficient functioning.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to maintain high standards of guest service, employee satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences, optimize operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate and lead various departments, such as guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Input into budgets, expenses, and financial performance, offering solutions to maximize profitability and cost control.
  • Oversee staff training and development programs to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns and operational issues promptly and effectively.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and uphold the Company's brand image and values.

  • Proven experience in hotel operations management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, even under pressure.
  • Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and industry trends is a plus.
