- Performs technical review of the project usingspecifications, building plans, estimates, and any other relateddetails of the order
- Facilitate communicationbetween Sales and Installation personnel
- Coordinates the distribution of elevator/escalatormechanical layouts using information from building plans, thecontract abstract, and technical review answers
- Coordinates the approval process with the branchInstallation Superintendent
- Generate,distribute, track and execute change orders for scope changes andPurchase Orders
