- Develop operational frameworks and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the organizational operations
- Utilize data collection processes and analytics for informed decision making
- Formulate analytical reports to evaluate operational performance
- Design and monitor compliance policies for organizational programs and activities
- Provide support and guidance to operational staff for operational enhancement
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders for seamless operations
- Ensure legal compliance of operational activities and staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in operations management roles
- Exceptional critical analysis and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Strong command of MS Office Suite, accounting software, and databases
- Familiarity with data analytics and financial processes
